What’s one interesting thing about you that other members may not know?

I was a member of the Cayman Islands National Womens Basketball Team when I lived there from 2003 until 2006.

What is your most memorable moment at Synergy Strength?

They happen often and there is more than one!  Every time someone PR’s is memorable for the genuine outpouring of happiness and support from those around them

When you talk about Synergy Strength with friends, what do you brag about?

The amazing people of course!  Coaches and members alike.  The undeniable results.  I have been active all my life, I have worked as an Exercise Therapist, played high level basketball,  and have seen and done my share of workouts!  One thing I always brag about synergy is that it definitely gives you the most bang for your buck!  Both in terms of the total time spent in the gym, as well as the fact that I get a great total body workout every day,  if you peel it all back and consider the functional movements and muscles involved to get you there. I am stronger and feel more fit than I have ever been.

What does #synergystrong mean to you?

To me,  it means having the support of the people around me at Synergy in our mutual pursuit of ongoing and improving health and fitness.

What is you favorite aspect of Synergy Strength?

My favorite aspect is that I continue to improve and learn things every week, whether it be physically,  or overcoming a mental hurdle. Although I am making improvements in many areas,  I still feel challenged by the workouts every week.
