Banana Popsicle
Ingredients

2 bananas, peeled

¼-1/2 cup chocolate chips

1/4 cup peanut butter (optional)

1 tsp coconut oil

¼ cup coconut flakes, chopped peanuts or almonds, or other topping

4 popsicle stick/skewer

1. Place wax or parchment paper on small baking sheet.

2. Peel and cut banana in half. Insert popsicle stick or skewer (use ones without sharp point) and place

on baking sheet.

3. Put in freezer. If you want a normal popsicle allow to freeze at least 1 hour or if you would like a soft

dipped treat only leave for 30 minutes.

4. Use pure chocolate or half chocolate and half nut butter. Place chocolate and coconut oil in coffee

mug or bowl and melt in microwave (30 seconds at a time). Once melted if desired add nut butter and

mix together.

5. Take bananas out of freezer and dip into chocolate. The chocolate will harden quickly so if you are

adding sprinkles of any type quickly sprinkle on.

6. If need be return to freezer or enjoy.
