2 slices prosciutto
2 slice ham
2 strips bacon
2 medium eggs
Dash of pepper
Dash of oregano
Dash of paprika
1. Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake bacon slices for 15 minutes
until just under cooked. You still want flexibility in the bacon to wrap around the muffin cup. Baking time
depends on thickness of bacon slice.
2. Using silicone cups, line each with a piece of prosciutto. Depending on the size of your ham slice, keep
whole or cut in half and fold inside prosciutto slice. I did not cut my ham slice in half and I found the ham
overpowered the rest of the meat. Now wrap the bacon slice inside the ham. Crack a medium egg into
the middle and top with spices. It is best to use a medium egg so it does not pour over the side.
3. Bake cups for 15-20 minutes until egg is fully cooked.
