AllowMeMeals.ca – Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin


Ingredients

1              pork tenderloin

5             slices bacon

2 tbsp   Lemon juice

1 tbsp    oregano

Salt and pepper

garlic clove, chopped


Instructions

Sprinkle entire tenderloin with salt and pepper. Fry each side in high heat pan until crispy

Remove from pan and splash lemon juice over entire pork and then cover with remaining seasonings.

Wrap bacon around pork sealing ends at the bottom, place seal down on baking sheet. Add stick of rosemary or thyme on top. Cook at 375 for 20 minutes until bacon is cooked and pork is done to your liking.

Option to add asparagus to middle of pork
