AllowMeMeals.ca – The Basic Burger
Ingredients
1 lb grass-fed ground beef
2 eggs
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup pure tomato paste
1 garlic clove
seasonings of your choice: chili powder, pepper, salt, parsley, basil, etc.
Option: I like adding shredded/pureed carrots or zucchini. This adds moisture to your burger as the vegetables soak up the fat from the meat.
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together. Form patties. It’s always best to let them sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before grilling. Cook burgers to your liking.
