Hello Volunteers!
First off – thank you soo much for volunteering your time and effort to help make this event another success. We could not do this without you, so please know you are much appreciated!

VOLUNTEER SCHEDULE IS posted HERE . Please find your name and make sure you are comfortable and can commit to the job you have been assigned well as the days/times. Please let me know of any changes to any of this!
Event takes please at the Kinsmen/Henk Rys Soccer Center – 219 Primrose Drive (MAP HERE).
ALL VOLUNTEERS need to be at venue by 7am each day for morning volunteer meeting. Everyone will receive a t-shirt (to be worn for the days events) and shaker cup. There will also be food (snacks) and refreshments (water/coffee) available for judges throughout the day.
Set-up/Take-down/Weight-changers: You will be assisting with either set-up on Thursday & Friday all day, weight changing and set-up of new WODS at event on Saturday and Sunday, and take-down on Sunday after event – depending on your availability.
Registration: You will be registering athletes, giving them their package, and directing them. Registration for athletes is available on Friday night at gala (5/6pm) and/or Saturday morning (7/8am).
Required JUDGES/Corrallers meeting: Thursday Aug 29 @ 6pm at SYNERGY (4-420 Lauriston Street). Here we will discuss standards and responsibilities for these people. BEFORE you come to meeting please make sure to review workouts and standard videos (RELEASED HERE) and bring your questions with you! If for some reason you cannot make this meeting please email val@synergystrength.ca to make alternate arrangements.
