Bio-signature and Personal Training – Paula’s story
Paula has been on a weight loss journey for the past few years. When she first
decided to take action for herself she weighed close to 250lbs. With proper diet
assistance and through becoming more physically active she was able to lose over
60lbs. Paula has been working with Courtney Bathgate for almost three years now,
both for nutrition counseling and personal training services.
The weight loss didn’t come easy, but as Paula says “it is a life long commitment
and not something that you do for only a few weeks. Courtney supported me
during a time in my life when I was really struggling. She kept me wanting to come
back for more by making the workouts fun and varied. One thing I appreciated
about Courtney was that she considered weight loss as being achieved by exercise
AND diet. By keeping me on track with my eating and following my progress with
recurrent BioSignature assessments is how Courtney got me to achieve my weight
loss goals”.
Hard work, determination, and some blood, sweat and tears have gotten Paula to
the point that she is at today. Diet and exercise come hand-in-hand when it comes
to weight loss, wanting to lean down and becoming healthy. Simply put, one won’t
work with out the other.
