CHANGES TO SCHEDULE – Start Mon Sept 30

We have some more minor adjustments/changes to Class Schedule of some Programs at SYNERGY.


SUMMARY of NEW SCHEDULE – takes effect Monday Sept 30 (next monday):

  • KIDS – M/W @ 10a, Su @ 11a
  • YOUTH – M-F @ 5pm
  • JUNIOR – M-F @ 6pm
  • OLY – M/W/F @ 6pm (no more sundays)
  • POWERLIFTING – M/W/F @ 7pm (no more saturdays)
  • ENDURANCE – M/W/F @ 6pm, Sa @ 9am
  • GYMNASTICS – T/Th @ 7pm
  • HEALTH & FITNESS – every hour on the hour M-F 6a-8p, Sa 9a-12p, and Su 10a-12p
  • SPORT – open time remains same but training days change to M/T/W & F/Sa, rest Th & Su. This will also allow group to receive OLY coaching with the link in schedule/training days.
