Just a note that the gym/class schedule will be altered for next weekends Cast Iron Classic CrossFit competition as follows:
FRI JAN 31 – classes CANCELLED from 4pm and later (gym will be closed from 4pm on for set up of event)
SAT FEB 1 – ALL CLASSES CANCELLED
SUN FEB 2 – Classes run as normal (9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm)
