Team Synergy,
You all know Coach Val, how could you not? She has been a face of Synergy Strength for many years as an operational manager, event manager, and coach.
It is bitter sweet to announce that Val will no longer be with Synergy Strength as a coach starting February 13, 2015. Val will be moving on to achieve other life ventures and we wish her all the best. Val will stay on as Events Coordinator for Synergy Strength and continue to operate the Cast Iron Classic and the Bridge City Beatdown, which we are very pleased with as Val does more than a fantastic job scheduling, and operating these events each year.
We wish Val all the best in all future endeavours and we know she will find bigger and better things as she is a motivated, hard working individual. Good luck – 3.2.1….get some.
