Coaches Exercise Tip #23 – Voodoo Floss for the Elbow


Hey gang,

Have you ever felt the “gnarly elbow” syndrome?  You will know what I am talking about if you have felt it before.  Many times (especially when training volume is high) the elbow can take a beating when we incorporate high volume of pull-ups, bench, overhead barbell work, MU’s, etc in to the weekly structure.  One of the best ways to alleviate this “pain” is the use of voodoo floss.  The video below shows you how to use it for the elbow and how to relieve your own pain.  The voodoo floss can be used pre exercise to better prep the joint and post exercise if feeling “gnarly”.
