It is true we will be introducing CROSSFIT COMMUNITY DAYS into your monthly programming cycle. This is a very exciting new addition to the Synergy CrossFit programming.
How does it work?
We offer three unique CrossFit programs; CROSSFIT, CrossFit FITNESS, and CrossFit SPORT – these three program do not differ in intensity, but more so in volume (amount of work done), and choice of movements trained and the frequency at which they are programmed. We will be bringing these three programs together on a monthly basis to train as one large unit. These days will be termed CrossFit Community Days (they are not bring a friend days) as they bring the whole Synergy crossfit community together to train as one solid unified team. Our classes are big and our groups are tight, but I foresee these days being very special days at Synergy strength that we will all look forward to and embrace fully.
When will they be scheduled?
They will enter the programming very soon, but I am waiting on a few things to come together first before I fully release the dates. The days will not be set as the same day form month to month, but it will be based on when and where we are in programming, so that means they will fluctuate from month to month.
What will we be doing?
This is a bit of a secret, but it will be released very soon as to what they days will include – lets put it this way. They are all named workouts and you know their names very well – stay tuned for more.
Who can come?
Anyone and anyone can come. These workouts are open to anyone to join, just like every other day at Synergy Strength, if you are a member or not, you are always welcome at Synergy Strength.
