SCHEDULE for SUNDAY Mar 2, 2014
9:00am – HEAT 1
9:30am – HEAT 2
10:00am – HEAT 3
10:30am – HEAT 4
11:00am – HEAT 5
11:30am – HEAT 6
12:00pm – HEAT 7
12:30pm – HEAT 8
HEAT CAPACITY – 30 (15 people going at once)

Athlete need to be warmed-up and ready to go by the time the heat starts. Heats will be on a first come first serve basis – show up and be ready for the heat time you want to partake in. Each heat will have 2 waves – athletes will partner up, we will run through the workout twice during that heat time – each athlete getting a chance to do the workout as well as judge. Estimated capacity of this workout is 30 (15 people going at once)…if we have too many people for one heat some will have to wait till the next one.
