– Static hold (5-10sec hold)

– Lower body (3-5 reps)

A. Artistic skill set practice – 10-12 minutes

B. 10 min EDT session of maximal strength;

– Upper body horizontal pull (reps 3-5)

– Upper body horizontal push (rep 4-6)

Rest 5 minutes

C. 8 min EDT session of maximal strength;

– Core work (3-5 reps)

– Lower body (3-5 reps – different movement than Tuesday)
