A. Cartwheels – progressions for 15-20 minutes – try multiple in a row

B. Ring skin the cats x5-10

C. Back lever progressions – 10 minutes with extended holds or progressed positions.

D1. Bar muscle-up or C2B pull-up 5 x reps (volume)

D2. HSPU’s 5 x reps (volume)
