TUES February 04/14

  1. Skill set – Artistic practice of skill on own level
  2. Skill set – upper body pushing – 15 minutes of practice
  3. Muscular endurance 50-100 reps for time of core exercise based on skill level

THURS February 06/14

  1. Lower body skill set training – choose skill level and practice for 5-10 minutes
  2. Upper body push/pull volume (progressive) – every min on the minute for 30 minutes
