  2. Skill set – upper body pushing – 15 minutes of practice
  3. Muscular endurance 50-100 reps of lower body skill set

THURS February 20/14

  1. Skill set – Upper body pushing
  2. Upper body pull and core volume (progressive) – every min on the minute for 30 minutes
  3. Skill set – Static positions at own level
