TUES January 07/14

Today is the Gymnastics HSPU seminar – we will be taking the movement and spending a bit more time on understanding its technique and regressions.  We will discuss requirements and get everyone moving and developing a better HSPU.


THURS January 09/14

Hand balancing will continue to be a strong theme moving into the new year – so expect a lot of upside own work on your hands – walking , turning, pressing, pressing into, transitioning, etc.

A. HS wall runs 4 x reps (up to 20/hand)

B. HS walk to walls x 4-6 attempts

C. HS pirouettes  (turn around) progressions or HS

D1. Bar muscle-up or C2B pull-up 5 x reps (volume)

D2. HSPU’s 5 x reps (volume)
