INCREASED CLASS SCHEDULE…again.

Yes, we have increased the class schedule…once again. There are more additions to Class Schedule of some Programs at SYNERGY.


SUMMARY of NEW SCHEDULE – starting Mon Feb 3:

  • more classes MOBILITY – M/T/Th @ 5:00p, M/W/F @ 9:00a, and T/Th @ 8p
  • new offering STRONGMAN – Sa @ 11:30am and are 1.5 hour classes (Starts Feb 15)
  • KIDS – M/W @ 10:00a, Su @ 11:00a
  • SPORTS PERFORMANCE: YOUTH – M-F @ 5:00p, JUNIOR – M-F @ 6:00p
  • OLY – M/W/F @ 10:30a, 5:00p, and 6:30p and are 1.5 hour classes
  • POWERLIFTING – M/W/F @ 7:00p and are 1.5hr classes
  • GYMNASTICS – T/Th @ 7:00p
  • HEALTH & FITNESS – every hour on the hour M-F 6:00a-8:00p, and Sa & Sun 9:00a-12:00p
  • SPORT – M/T/W/F @ 10:30a, 5:00p, 6:30p and Sa @ 10:00a, and are 1.5 hour classes (open time remains the same). If you are interested in becoming part of the SPORT program READ THIS.
