We have programs all the way from age 3 to 19 for kids, youth and junior athletes. It is never too early to get your kids involved with fitness and sport.
Sports Performance
The sports performance program is a unique program that we are thrilled about. This program began as a weightlifting only program for 7-19 year old kids. It is now a complete and well-rounded program towards performance as a whole relative to simply weightlifting. Classes include conditioning, gymnastics, and sprint skills along with weightlifting for your youth or junior athlete. We currently work with junior track athletes, wrestlers, and more.
Youth (age 7-12): Monday – Friday @ 5pm
Junior (age 12-19): Monday – Friday @ 6pm
Synergy Kids
We are big believers that kids must be involved and see their parents be involved in physical activity of whatever format it might be. This is an opportunity for those with young kids (3-6) to participate in a FUNctional, FUNdamental fitness program, while their parents have time to fit in theirs as well.
Kids (age 3-6): Monday & Wednesday @ 10am, and Sunday @ 11am
