Many of you if not most of you dread the thought of a prowler and many of you have told me of the horrid dreams that you have received due to knowing what a prowler is. With all the seemingly terrible things prowlers are known for – you still kind of love them… don’t you.
Synergy Strength is one of the only gyms in Saskatchewan to have Prowlers and to make use of them as ofter as we do is quite amazing. Our programming allows for their use properly and facility allows us to implement them often and in many different ways. For this reason we love Synergy and we love prowlers.
