What’s one interesting thing about you that other members may not know?
I have had only one unscheduled visit to the hospital. I was around 4yrs old and decided to entertain the guests drinking with my parents in the other room. I had my favourite “dinky” car in hand, playing in my bed (sleeping). I ran out and screamed, while pointing at my engorged nostril, “I gots ta boogy I gots ta boogy” I had shoved the rubber car tire up there. Once my performance was done and the laughs subsided, I could not retrieve the before mentioned “boogy” hence the trip to the hospital.
What is your most memorable moment at Synergy Strength?
Judging at this past years Cast Iron Classic. It was my first Crossfit Comp and I thoroughly enjoyed my time.
When you talk about Synergy Strength with friends, what do you brag about?
I like to brag about all the people there that are so much stronger and faster and crossfittier than me. I also brag about all the people who are just starting out, watching them get their first double unders, or rope climb, or a PR and sharing their triumphs. I also brag a lot, I MEAN A LOT, when the very rare time comes that I beat my wife Kara in a WOD. The last one I brag mostly to Kara 
What does #synergystrong mean to you?
#SynergyStrong means: Enjoying and looking forward to going to the “gym”. Absorbing the knowledge and talent surrounding you to make the best of your abilities. Putting in the daily grind so that the frequency of days where the bar seems to float overhead becomes more frequent.
What is you favorite aspect of Synergy Strength?
Dawn Ciona’s yelling. Tron’s cat Tank-top. The community/friends as well.
