About:

My name is Nicole Norris. I joined synergy in February 2014. I was referred by Sharla Carr and Tara Gessell. I’ve grew up in Saskatoon and now live in Delisle. I work as an RN at University Hospital. I actually have 3 different jobs but they are all in the area of oncology/hematology and blood and marrow transplant. As for hobbies, although I find my job rewarding I enjoy basically anything that is not work, from reading to skiing to fishing or golf.

What’s one interesting thing about you that other members may not know?

My husband and I owned and operated a grain farm until a few years ago. I like to tell people we have retired from farming.

 

What is your most memorable moment at Synergy Strength?

One of the most memorable moments was even before I joined Synergy. I came last year to watch the cast iron classic and I was hooked! You could feel the positive energy and see the genuine joy on the athletes faces it felt like a great place to be!

 

When you talk about Synergy Strength with friends, what do you brag about?

I’ve had people ask me if I ever get bored coming to Synergy. I tell them no way! The workouts are always changing, you are always pushing to better yourself, and there is always someone to talk to and they cheer you on or you cheer them on! If anything I try it figure out my schedule so I can come more!

 

What does #synergystrong mean to you?

#SynergyStrong  means to always trying to better yourself. It means taking pride in your success no matter how big or small it may be!

 

What is you favorite aspect of Synergy Strength?

I love the community aspect. I find it inspiring to watch the accomplishments of others. I also love that everyone encourages each other!
