Achievements:

What’s one interesting thing about you that other members may not know?

My sports background includes 12 years as a competitive synchronized swimmer.

What is your most memorable moment at Synergy Strength?

The coaches. The on ramp class led by Sarah was the first good memory.  She was so encouraging and made everyone feel comfortable with movements that were new to most of us. Coaches Courtney and Chad also had a big impact on my understanding of Crossfit and Olympic lifting.

When you talk about Synergy Strength with friends, what do you brag about?

The coaching. Oh, and the wide variety of options (Crossfit, Powerlifting, Olympic Weightlifting, Mobility, Strongman) available to become healthier and stronger. The excellent and educated approach to programming, the access to other specialists including chiro, massage, physio, nutrition and mobility. It’s a one-stop-shop to get and stay fit.

What does #synergystrong mean to you?

The community and programming at Synergy is the key to becoming Synergystrong which means becoming stronger in body and mind, and learning to accept and overcome your own weaknesses.

What is you favorite aspect of Synergy Strength?

Aside from the variety of approaches that Synergy offers to becoming and staying fit for life, the positive energy that you feel when you walk in the door, the encouragement from coaching staff and fellow gym members, and having so many friends with similar goals.
