FOCUS – Posterior Chain- upper and lower back, hamstrings, calf, ankle and bottom, of the feet.


THURS April 03/14

FOCUS – Feet/Ankle/Knee/Hip- mobilize plantar surface, ankle flexion, knee flexion, and hip capsule
