Some adjustments/changes to the Class Schedule and Offerings at SYNERGY. This new schedule will be in effect September 1 (Reminder we are closed Mon Sept 2). Also reminder that all Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Gymnastics & Endurance classes are drops-ins (or dedicated programs) and are included with your regular membership – so take advantage!
Highlights of changes & additions:
Senior OLY moves to MWF @ 7pm and Su @ 8am
Powerlifting moves to T/Th @ 7pm and Sa @ 10am (three days/week).
Gymnastics moves to T/Th @ 7pm
Synergy Sports development program (previously refered to as youth & junior OLY) are now M-F YOUTH @ 5pm and JUNIOR @ 6pm (no classes on the weekends)
