New CrossFit Group Class Schedule – IMPORTANT

NEW CROSSFIT GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE

schedule_change1

We have a few changes coming to the CrossFit group class schedule in September that need to be passed on to you the members.  Based on member and coach feedback and monitoring group class attendance we have decided to drop a few group class times with lower attendance off the regular schedule.  This will allow coaches to perform other duties within the club as well as avoid the slow and non community oriented group class times (hence no working out alone or in a very small group).

We will no longer be offering Crossfit group classes at 8:00 am, 11:00 am, 2:00 pm and 3:00 pm. In dropping those classes we are hoping to have more participation and increased overall experiences in the surrounding class times.  We are well aware that this WILL cause a problem or a scheduling issue for someone – this means that we want to hear from you.  Please get in touch with us if this does negatively affect you as we want to hear from you as we can easily find a solution.

It is also important to note that the gym will NOT be closed throughout these hours.  The front desk and gym will still be open for specialty services (massage, chiro, physio, FST), specialty programs (powerlifting, weightlifting, and strongman) and for all those CrossFitters who are doing level 2+3 pre/post Group Class work.  The gym will simply not be open for group class programming, this means that the group class must be completed at another scheduled class times – this is NOT open gym time at all.  We will solely be open for specialty services, specialty programs, and pre/post Level 2+3 crossfit work.

These changes will begin September 01, 2015. We are hoping for a lot a great things with this change but as stated earlier we are aware that this change will affect someone negatively.  If that someone is you, please get a hold of us by contacting Chad Benko @ chad@synergystrength.ca or call the gym (306)979-8348.

All the best – train hard.
