The Synergy Strength mobility program has been a huge success to say the least; it is one of our best and most innovative classes. I am very happy to have it as one of the offerings at am glad to announce that as of Monday April 14th ,we will be adding even more mobility classes as requested by you the members. A total of 12 mobility classes will be offered through the course of a week. Again, we are very excited for this and we are very excited for the new direction and opportunities the mobility class offers for all of you.
NEVER DOEN MOBILITY BEFORE?
Everyday I run into someone who asks what the mobility program is all about and whats its purpose – the following five points will shed some light on the programs importance.
– Increase range of motion/flexibility
– Improve DOMS – delayed onset muscle soreness. If done after a workout massage (stretching/rolling) has ben shown repeatedly to decrease muscle soreness in days following workouts.
– Rest day activity. Mobility class can be used as an active recovery day in anyones program.
– Decreased injury – If one is more mobile than one can make the argument that positions and movements are easier to travel through and to perform correctly, which will decrease injury rtes of exercise.
– Increase well being – Increased mobility throughout life is a major factor in longevity and feelings of health and well being.
