SPORT WARM-UP

Watch the video below that explains the following;

– HS wrist stretch – 20-60sec

– Bent-Over shoulder mobilization on wall – x8-12

– Banded bent-over lat pullback/down x 10-15

– Banded neutral grip rows x 10-15

– Banded Chinese row w/ external rotation -10-15

– Banded overhead straight arm rows + OHS x 5-10

– Wall or bench quad/hip flexor stretch -30-60sec/side (dynamic)

– Spiderman (5-10/side)

– HS hold+ roll-outs x 3-5
