Announcing Synergy Strength South East
Synergy Strength is excited to announce that we are expanding in Saskatoon with a new second location. The new 2,500 sq ft CrossFit facility is called “Synergy Strength South East and is located in the Scheers Martial Arts building in the South East corner of Saskatoon. Synergy Strength South East is the collaborative result of Synergy Strength co-founders Chad Benko and Ian MacDonald partnering with Synergy Strength Coach Jason Trinh (Coach Tron). Jason is both a co-owner and the operational manager at Synergy Strength South East.
Synergy Strength’s mission is to improve the health, wellness and fitness of as many people as possible.. The new Synergy Strength South East facility brings the Synergy lifestyle to the fast growing South East of Saskatoon. We are excited with the opportunity to pursue our passion and grow the Synergy Community even larger and further.
Synergy Strength South East will open on June 1, 2015 with CrossFit class schedule of 5pm, 6pm and 7pm. Synergy Strength South East is a CrossFit only facility and will be coached primarily by Chad and Jason
The original Synergy Strength facility located on Quebec Avenue will now be known as Synergy Strength Central. Synergy Strength Central continues as usual, offering CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Strongman/woman, Mobility, Pre/Post Natal training as well as Nutrition, Massage, Acupuncture, Chiropractic and Physiotherapy services.
Starting June 1, 2015 there will be two awesome Synergy Strength locations to enjoy CrossFit at…Synergy Central and Synergy South East! Synergy CrossFit members will be able to train primarily at a location that is the most convenient for them and also drop-in at the other location.
We are extremely happy and excited to open the Synergy Strength South East location!

** We are located in the Scheers Martial Arts building, which is near the corner of Circle drive and Boychuk Drive. This makes the South East location highly accessible to the neighbourhoods of; Rosewood, Briarwood, Greenbyre, Stonebridge, Lakewood, and many more.
