A. Back squats 6×6 @ 70%
B. Paused squats 3 x3 @ 70%
C. Bench press 5×7 @ 65%, 1x reps

Warm-up – General foam roll

WOD 

A. Bench press 5 x 5 @ 75%
B. LLT Deadlifts 8×3 @ 66%
C. Block pulls with reverse bands 3×3 @ 85%
