POWERLIFTING SEMINAR @ SYNERGY Saturday July 6, 2013

We are excited to announce that we will be having a Powerlifting Seminar @ SYNERGY on Saturday July 6, 2013! Leading the seminar will be some big wigs in Powerlifting from right here in Saskatoon – Connor Lutz, Steve Wiseman and Chris Arnold. All of them are national and/or international Powerlifters with a tonne of experience and knowledge and we are excited for them to share it with us! (See their Bio’s below).

What is Powerlifting? It is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: back squat, bench press, and deadlift. Through this seminar individuals will gain proper understanding of mechanics of each lift, specific personal coaching and tips on these mechanics, and understanding and insight into the movements as well as the sport of Powerlifting. If you have any interest in just learning more about these lifts, improving your technique, and/or possibly competing one day – this seminar is for you. Get ready to BEAST out!
