Quinton Falk was featured in Saskatoon’s VERB newspaper last week discussing his journey through strongman training and competition. Quinton has competed at the highest level of strongman in Canada at the “Canadian Strongman Challenge” and he has competed numerous times at Western Canadian Strongman championships as well. Quinton is currently training out of Synergy Strength to prepare for this years competition season, he is nursing a couple injuries at the moment, but is still as strong as ever. He is a great athlete to have around the club as he is a motivator and an experienced strongman athlete, to turn to as we continue to develop our strongman program and club. I am happy to have Quinton around because he does stuff like this,which is highly motivating;
