Every Stat holiday moving forward we will be completing a previously posted CrossFit Open, Regional, Games, or Hero workout. This is open to anyone with CrossFit experience, it is not a bring a friend day, but is open to those who are regular Synergy members, past members, or anyone else with a background in CrossFit interested in killinga fun wod.
This class is free of charge and is not considered a “class” for those on a 10x/month membership – it is on us. This is to be a FITNESS TEST day and a community day – the focus is on fun and progress.
WHAT – every Stat Holiday will be a CF Open, Regional, Games, or Hero WOD
WHEN – 10AM, 11AM, and 12PM
WHERE – Synergy Strength CENTRAL
WHO – members, past members, and anyone with CrossFit experience.
COST – FREE
