Courtney breaks down a typical day in your life – sleep, occupation, eating habits, supplement consumption, stresses, etc., to assist you in making choices and changes to support a healthy active lifestyle. Follow-up sessions (scheduled to your needs) help in keeping you accountable to your goals through ongoing analysis of body-fat, tweaks to supplement intake, and re-assessing dietary changes.

In just three months of BioSignature sessions, Randy has lost a total of 11 pounds, almost 4% body fat.  Along with leaning down he has seen improvements in his workouts. Such improvements have resulted in him being a top 200-masters level athlete worldwide for the 2014 CrossFit games.
