COMMUNITY events: Throughout the year, Synergy will be putting on regular “COMMUNITY EVENT” meant to bring the entire SYNERGY community (and their friends and family) together outside of the gym, no matter the program they are following. The events will change throughout the year and are open to everyone! We hope you will take advantage and enjoy some time outside of the gym getting to know each other better.

What: be a part of the team or just come down and join us for some fun (snacks, frisbee, cheering and more) on the day of the races! Wear your SYNERGY gear in support!
Every year the SYNERGY community takes part in the Saskatoon Dragon Boats Festival! This year we will do the same…and crush the competition again 😛
Just like last year we will have 2 kick ass team captains to manage and pump up the team. Both veterans to domination in Dragon Boats your captains are the One and Only Kimmy G and Crazy Man Dale Hopkins. If you have any questions, or need a high five, go talk to these two cats. (Once team is full they will be contacting everyone)

Sign-up/registration will be open TUESDAY JUNE 10 @ 9:30am. To sign up on the team you can stop by the front desk, call 979-9348 or email info@synergystrength.ca.
To be eligible for sign up you must:
* be able to make it to ALL of the following practice times: Mon July 14 @ 7pm. Mon July 21 @ 7:30pm. Thurs July 24 @ 7pm.
* be able to attend the races for the eventing of Fri July 25, as well as full day Sat July 26.
* be willing to fundraise some money for the cause (Heart & Stroke Foundation).
* be awesome…which is everyone at SYNERGY 😀
Cost for each team member is $60. We will have one boat (max of 26 people including alternates) and the boat will fill on a first come first serve basis.
PS don’t worry if the team fills up before you have a chance to register. You can still take part in the fun by coming down to the river that day and cheering on the team and enjoy a SYNERGY community picnic!! More details on this to come!
