CrossFit Regionals 2014 TEAM SYNERGY has been working hard to get ready for Canada West Regionals in less than 3 weeks (May 7-9). Coach Benko has been putting them through some tough past Regional workouts, but we are fighting though and learning lots and becoming a kick-ass team. Thank you for everyone’s support so far and we know you will be behind us as per usual this season. We have a bunch of people coming to cheer us on in Richmond, BC on May 7-9, 2014, and we know we have a kick-ass community that will be cheering us from home!
