Synergy Strength Saturday Strongman Sessions

Saturday Strongman Sessions;

A new offering at Synergy Strength will be Saturday strongman sessions at 10:00am-12:00pm.  These sessions have ran in the past and they have been incorporated with the “SPORT” coaching sessions, but new in August will be the introduction of Coach John King, who will be dedicating his time to coaching these classes every Saturday for two hours.  These sessions will mostly be “event” type training, which means it will not be traditional weight training, but implement training (logs, stones, sleds, kegs, tires, etc.).

If you are interested in getting involved in strongman training solely on the weekends this is a great opportunity.

**We are also designing strongman training programs for those interested in getting involved in the sport as well.

Who is John King?

John has been a member of Synergy Strength for nearly 6 months now and he has shown great promise as a coach due to his never ending quest for education and improvement in his sport.  John has competed in strongman events for many years and his most recent highlights are placing 4th at the 2014 Saskatchewan Strongest Man Competition, he was an alternate of the Western Canadian Strongest man competition and he did competing at the 2013 Saskatoon Ex Strongman Show.  John has many years experience and wants to be invovled in the growth of the sport through coaching and educating.  Please join him every Saturday for a great training session.
