NEW – Targeted Mobility Training.

Everyone has a “goat” movement pattern, what is yours? The “goat” implies to a pattern, movement, or range of motion that is your weak spot or weakest link.  Everyone has a movement pattern that they are limited in or need improvement in.  For some it is ankle dorsiflexion and hip mobility in the pistol, for others it is full functional range of motion overhead for presses, jerks, and push presses.  Our resident Mobility coach Crystal Derry has created a custom solution to each of these problems, by offering a “targeted” class to address these issues or “goats”.

Classes will run once a week for 6 weeks and include;

– Pain Free Back

– Back Bends

– Splits 

– Pistol Position

– Mobility for Arthritis

– Rotational Mobility

– OH Mobility

To start off we will be offering three new courses before Christmas – SPLITS, OVERHEAD, and PISTOLS.

SPLITS – Wednesdays @ 8:00am staring November 05th and running until December 10th, 2014. 

OVERHEAD MOBILITY – Wednesdays @ 5:00pm starting November 05th and running until December 10th, 2014. 

PISTOL POSITION – Mondays @ 5:00pm starting November 10th and running until December 15th, 2014. 

COST – $75
