We wanted to send out a BIG THANK YOU to our SYNERGY family for all of your support we received before, during and after CrossFit CanWest Regionals this year. The unbelievable financial support to help us raise $2,400 to help with our travel expenses, support through purchases and wearing of the SYNERGY regionals t-shirts, high-fives and hugs before we left and when we returned, the big crew that took the time & spent the money to make the trip with us and cheered so loudly in the stands…the list goes on.
