At Synergy Strength CrossFit Saskatoon, we provide much more than a typical glob gym or the usual CrossFit box.

  • At conventional globo gyms you pay for a membership, grab a towel and are left to figure out things on your own. Things are different at Synergy where you are a member of a fun and supportive community and our expert coaches guide you the entire time…planning the workouts for you, teaching you correct technique, supporting and motivating you, and you have a blast the entire time! Our classes will take you to a whole new level in training and motivation.
  • At most CrossFit  boxes you usually get the typical “20 minute sexy met-con” which is not the optimal way to train to be healthy, fit or compete at the sport CrossFit. With Synergy you get our optimal training that is research based and proven.

The bottom line

We started with CrossFit…CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that both new participants and veterans can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity.

 
Then we optimized it based on our research into Resistance Based High Intensity Interval Training.

 
The end result is Synergy HIIT CrossFit!
