What is this Program all about?

This program is designed for youth aged 14-18+, this program incorporates powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, and sports specific programming to develop the skills and strength needed to step on to any field, court, or stage and perform well.   Keys to any junior athlete program are to develop strength and body awareness along with proper movement mechanics in a safe and effective environment.  Synergy believes the stronger the foundation of strength and skill of an athlete the lower the risk of injury and the higher the performance in competition.  Our program is designed to develop confidence, ability, and at the same time develop a strong team oriented mentality.

Coached classes are offered – YOUTH Mon-Fri @5:00pm. JUNIOR Mon-Fri @ 6:00pm

The daily workouts will no longer be placed on the blog right now, as the program will be designed based on coaches discretion, number of athletes attending, and needs of the athletes attending, etc.
